About

Women Sitting On Couch

At C & K Counseling, we believe that the foundation of meaningful change begins with a safe space to be heard, supported, and understood. Established in 2021, our practice was founded to provide a compassionate sanctuary for individuals and families in Bismarck and the surrounding Central North Dakota communities. We recognize that every journey is unique, and our goal is to offer a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your challenges and work toward a healthier, more balanced life. Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition or seeking a place to process your experiences, we are dedicated to walking alongside you with empathy and respect.

Kelsey LaBere, LPCC

Kelsey LaBere, LPCC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Kelsey, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) since 2018, she is dedicated to helping individuals navigate both the everyday challenges of life and the deeper impact of trauma. With specialized training in EMDR therapy, she works extensively with clients experiencing trauma, depression, and anxiety, offering evidence-based approaches that promote lasting healing and emotional resilience.

She believes in meeting clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. Through her work, she helps clients build practical coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier patterns that support long-term well-being.

Committed to ongoing growth and excellence in her field, she brings both professionalism and genuine care to her practice (comfortably dressed, of course), guiding client toward greater stability, clarity, and a renewed sense of balance in their lives.
